This is the second time in a row that there has been a problem with my Walmart.com grocery order. A few weeks ago my order was given to someone else and I waited ** minutes for someone to tell me that. Today I come home without * items that I have been charged for and now I have to make a second trip! I love the service but it needs to have better quality control!
I trust that WalMart.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
