Around September of **** I was attempting to add funds onto my boyfriends inmate account through Telmate Services. I had added $*** into his inmate account in the hopes hed be able to purchase food for himself. Apparently, I put that $*** on the wrong account. Instead of putting it on his: inmate account, I was supposed to actually put it on his commissary account. I immediately called Telmate within minutes and described my dilemma. They told me no worries they'd do a one time complimentary cancellation. The man did inform me it would take nearly a month to see my original $*** back onto my card. I've never received a dime of MY $*** to this day. The last time I spoke to a Telmate employee I was in complete distraught and crying because the man was pretty much calling me a liar and every employee that attempted to assist me and my situation either told me a blatant lie to get me off the phone or just passed my call onto someone else. Telmate is now telling me that I need to contact my card issuer to retrieve my $*** which I find bizaar cuz from September and on they were lying to me telling me to be expecting a check from them in my mail. I'm beyond frustrated! All I want is the $*** that's mine. Not a penny more. I don't know what to do from this point. Please PLEASE can you help me resolve my situation in anyway. I could seriously use my $*** now. So please contact me asap. Thanks. *-- Brook
