My card was blocked on Friday. I went to the store to get a bottle of wine from the store because family was coming over Christmas. When the merchant went to swipe the card, it said it was declined and I know I had money. So I went in the card called the card and it said it was blocked! That I needed to upload my ID and it would take them two business days to resolve it. The next day I checked... ... They blocked my card without an explanation with $***.** in my account. They asked to upload a copy of my Driver’s License. I did once I checked the status, they said they could not verify it and that the card is no longer able to be used and I can no longer get another card are open an account, but yet it’s showing my available balance. I have searched for serval numbers to get someone on the phone, but all I am getting is automotive numbers. Please this is my rent money. Please help me. If I don’t hear from someone today, I am reaching out to the News as wells as Better Business Bureau among a list that I made last night.
My rent is **** a month. I needed *** to put with I already had! Most importantly, my car insurance was already late. I made payment arrangements and was supposed to pay it on Wednesday the **th and because I couldn’t, I know longer have any insurance on my car! I need my car to get to work but I can not drive it illegally! Also, I am financing my car, once they find out that ai do not have any insurance, I may lose my car!!

I have been with Walmart MoneyCard for almost a year. The bank I was formerly with was charging me a lot of fees, so a friend of mines suggested I tried them, so I closed my account and I started using them for my direct deposit as well to pay bills, shopping etc. I never ever had a problem with them. Got my direct deposit earlier then most of my coworkers. I they were awesome! I never saw this coming, I really thought they valued me as a great customer. This is so disheartening...
After making many attempts to reach someone with the number located on the back of the card. I tried reaching Greendot bank and I am still getting the feed back! I’ve tried calling corporate and I am still unable to speak to a live person.
