Been trying to get this block off my card because of had money being direct deposited into that account now I have funds that have internet access there has to be a way to prove who I am by talking to an agent at figuring this out I just had open brain surgery and this stuff is really getting confusing especially when I have medication that needs to get paid for and I have no money to do it bec... ... my card was lost stolen or damaged had to replace it but when I had to get a new one you guys they have to prove who I am I have tried multiple times to download on to the Walmart money card.com document upload my ID as far as I could tell all of them have been legible especially the last two times what do I have to do prove who I am to get this block off my card if not how can I close my account and if I have any funds in my account how can I transfer it to my other bank because it's useless to have a card that I can't access and money going into it that I have no access to everything that I own was destroyed and the campfire that took Paradise to California and that is the only ID that I have not to mention that every time I call and try to get a hold of a live person that my card is so messed up or whatever you guys won't even transfer me to a customer service agentI have all the information that you tell me to have needed to talk to a live agent except kid a live agent call me since your automated machine will not allow me to get a hold of an agent my number is *** ***-****
I just had open cranium brain surgery but suffering from seizures and I just had my place burned in the California fire that took a Paradise California
My card unblocked are what funds are in my card transferred to a new bank that I just opened up because this is really getting frustrated I need access to my money and I need to be able to have people direct deposit stuff into my account like I had set up but I'm unable to utilize
I've been a customer of your guys's since **** I've had to start several different new cards I've been in Osborne I've been a Boone
I have visited the walmartmoneycard.com document upload more than * times I personally haven't uploaded my document three times and I have had my sister-in-law try several times as well to do this all but no success and would know buddy from your side telling me what my next options are to get this resolved back without shaving
