I had called customer service the other day because there were some unauthorized purchases on my card and was told that I needed to file a dispute. The representative said she put it in and gave me a dispute file number. Also she told me that they were going to mail me a replacement card. I didn't know my card that I have now would be blocked. And I have a direct deposit transaction on my current card that I don't have access to. I can not upload a picture identification card. Because on the website tells me that the number on my card is not valid. What do I do. And after I receive my replacement card will it be ready to use
I trust that WalMart MoneyCard will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
