Hello. I am most annoyed at losing the UKTV channels. I chose my current package mainly because of the Gold channel, it’s my favourite and I have lots of programs recorded to my TiVo box from that channel. Really is another favourite which I also recorded programs from. UKTV channels make up **-**% of my viewing! I am now paying for a package of channels which I don’t watch very much, in paying for Gold and not getting it! I’ve also had the same TiVo box since I joined back in ****, which is probably quite outdated by now and I’m about to lose all of the programs I have recorded to it anyway. I love the broadband speed but I am not happy paying for a tv subscription when all of my favourite channels, especially the paid for Gold channel, are now gone. The replacement channels do not interest me at all. I want to watch British comedy and sitcoms, not American. I don’t want to watch box sets either, I just want to watch live tv. What can be done? I have been looking into other providers and the only thing keeping me at the moment is the broadband. I am currently paying for a a whole package when I’m not even able to get the channels that I enjoy watching anymore.
