I called customer service to find out why my card was declined and was told my account was closed due to inactivity. I received no notice and would suggest you review this practice - why wouldn’t you send a letter, email to notify customers of the potential closure??? Why not encourage usage rather than just close the account? When asked if I could reactivate I was told I had to reapply - again no offer to direct me how to reapply, reactivate over the phone,etc. examples of poor customer service!!!!
