Victoria's Secret gift cards can be redeemed at official stores in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, both at physical stores and online. Enter the gift card number and PIN in the Offers & Payment section upon checkout to use the card with your purchases. Gift cards bought outside the U.S. can only be redeemed in the same country where the gift card was purchased.
Victoria's Secret gift cards can be redeemed online and at the official stores in Puerto Rico and in the U.S. Customers can use up to 10 gift cards per transaction.
Using a Victoria's Secret Gift Card
You will need the gift card number and PIN when purchasing items using your Victoria's Secret gift card. Look for the PIN in the scratch-off silver bar on the card. Below are the steps to redeeming your gift card:
1. Choose the item you want to purchase.
2. Enter your gift card number and PIN in the Offers & Payment section on the checkout page. If you're shopping in stores, simply present your Victoria's Secret gift card to the cashier when paying for your purchases.
3. Click Apply.
You can only use gift cards when purchasing items at official Victoria's Secret stores. They're only redeemable for cash when the balance is less than $10. Also, if you have a Victoria's Secret gift card purchased at a store outside of the U.S., you cannot redeem it at U.S. Victoria's Secret stores due to currency conversion limitations.
