You can use a Victoria's Secret gift card to make a purchase. You can choose the merchandise you want and pay with your gift card. However, it is also important that you know if some terms and conditions apply to a refund of your gift card. Here are the steps to request a refund to a gift card from Victoria's Secret.
Log into your Victoria's Secret account and go to My Account tab. Click Gift Cards on the left side of the page and select View Gift Card Balance. This will bring up your active gift cards and their balances.
Go to My Account in the top right corner and select Order History. Find the order you'd like to return, then click on it to open it up. Scroll down until you see a list of your gift cards under your account. Click on the one you want to receive a refund and select Status. Enter your order number, email address and phone number, then click Send. You will receive an automated response with instructions on how to proceed with returning your purchase(s).
On the next page, scroll down to the bottom page. Under the Order Details section, you will see an option labeled Request Refund. Click on this button and select the reason for your refund request from the drop-down menu (you can select more than one reason if necessary). You will also have to enter your email address so that Victoria's Secret can contact you regarding your refund request.
Tap on My Account tab at the bottom of your screen. Next, click on My Gift Cards. Enter your gift card number and PIN in the appropriate fields. Enter your order number and the amount you'd like a refund (you must enter the full amount of the gift card). Hit Submit. If you get a prompt, enter your address and phone number so that Victoria's Secret can confirm your account.
You will receive an email confirming that Victoria's Secret has processed your refund request. Another email will confirm Victoria's Secret has credited your refund to your gift card.
