I paid for * tickets for a Birthday present only to find that someone else had already got some tickets.*I decided to relist the tickets at the price that I paid, £***.** each. When I see my tickets advertised on Viagogo they are listed at £*** each, Some £**.** per ticket extra. Is this the commission that Viagogo collect? Is there a percentage that Viagogo take?*If I delete my selling listing, will viagogo send me the tickets so that I can sell privately ? or If I edit my listing to a much lower price will Viagogo*s fee reduce too?**I would appreciate some help please as I dont seem to be able to contact customer services or any other help line.**Many thanks**Tommy

I sent a e-mail to *****@***.com I explained my problems and asked for help. I included my phone number and asked "If at all possible could someone call me" Then, can you believe, ** mins later a customer service rep called me. He was very very helpful too. I can imagine there are many people using this site that find this impossible but I promise it happened. Many thanks and the best of luck to everyone Tommy
