I purchased Billy Currington tickets from your website under false pretenses. The stage layout displayed misleading information, making me believe I would have an unrestricted view. I paid $60 per ticket plus excessive handling fees for a service that seemed automated. The urgency created by false claims of others waiting for the tickets added to the deception. Upon checking the venue's website, I realized the actual stage setup differs significantly, placing me with a restricted view far from the stage. The tickets were overpriced compared to the venue's regular price of $30 for similar seats. I am requesting a full refund of $[redacted], including handling fees. Legal counsel is involved, and I expect prompt resolution. My order number is [redacted]5. Thank you.

Hello,
I sold tickets for the Hugh Jackman concert at the o2 and transferred them via AXS. Although I have proof of the transfer, the recipient claims they have not received them. Despite Viagogo's emails stating I have not uploaded confirmation, they confirmed over the phone that the proof was sent. I received a deadline to transfer the tickets by 5pm today to be paid, but since they were already sent, I'm unsure what to do next.
Best,
Charlotte

I am experiencing difficulties sending tickets to a buyer due to an address issue that I have repeatedly provided without success. Despite receiving a message suggesting I should be able to access the mailing label, it is not available, and the error message persists. The tickets in question are for Sting under the confirmation number [redacted]1. The error message I am encountering reads: "Oops! There seems to be an issue with this order. No need to worry, though. We’re looking into it and we’ll let you know if we need any additional information." The recurring email I receive is as follows:
Dear L,
Thank you for reaching out regarding your order [redacted]1 for Sting on 6 July [redacted].
Please respond to this email with your Ticket Location Address (the full address from which you will be sending the tickets).
Best regards,
Gourab
All I require is the shipping label or address to successfully send the tickets.

Hello, I need assistance. I purchased 2 NF concert tickets for Nashville on September 23 through your website, and encountered login issues. I had to use my Facebook account, which has an outdated email, as I couldn't log in directly. Despite not receiving a purchase confirmation, I have proof of the transaction. However, I never received the download link for the tickets. I worry they might have been sent to the old email connected to my Facebook. My friends received their tickets, but I haven't. My order ID is [redacted]2. I just want to ensure they are sent to the correct email. Thank you for your help.

I encountered issues logging into my Viagogo account, leading me to use my Facebook credentials instead. However, this linked to an email address I no longer have access to, potentially causing my NF concert tickets for Nashville on Sept 23 to be directed to the wrong email. The order ID number is [redacted]2. Despite not receiving a ticket confirmation email, I have photographic evidence of purchasing 2 tickets. When accessing the Viagogo app, my Facebook account displays the purchases, but logging in with my email does not show any transactions. This discrepancy worries me, as I fear my tickets might be lost. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Regarding Order ID [redacted]1:
I am looking to request a refund for my purchase of 2 Michael Bublé tickets for the Sydney event on 07 February [redacted]. The tickets were advertised at $[redacted] each, making the total $[redacted]. However, upon payment, I was charged $[redacted].08. The website did not disclose any additional fees or taxes. This practice goes against Australian consumer law, as additional charges should be clearly stated beyond the advertised price. Therefore, I am seeking a full refund of $[redacted].08 for the overcharged amount.
Please contact me at [redacted] if needed.
Thank you,
A. W.

I previously emailed about this issue, but I feel it necessary to reiterate my dilemma. I had purchased 2 tickets for Fleetwood Mac's concert in Berlin on June 6th at 18:30. At 15:08, I received an email notifying me of a time change to 16:30. Unfortunately, I only saw the email at 16:16 as I was driving. I tried to sell the tickets on your platform but was unable due to the short notice. It was impossible for us to make it to the concert in time. I requested a full refund as a result. I am confused as to why I received the timing update since Fleetwood Mac performed at the original time. I missed out on a great concert due to this error and now seek a full refund for the inconvenience caused. Best regards, KJ [redacted] Berlin, Germany.

I recently bought tickets to attend the Brockhampton concert in Perth, WA, Australia on January 10th, [redacted]. While I don't require a refund for these tickets, I am concerned about the name on them not matching mine when I receive them via email. According to Viagogo's FAQ, this should not impact entry to the event. However, I've heard conflicting stories from past events. I understand that the original ticket purchaser can update the name and date of birth on the ticket through the purchasing platform. I kindly request Viagogo to facilitate this change with the seller to ensure the tickets are in my name before sending the etickets. I am prepared to cover any associated fees for the name and date of birth adjustment, provided that these charges are communicated clearly to me prior to billing.

I purchased 3 tickets for the Khalid concert in Tacoma, WA on July 7th back in April. Initially, I had chosen seats in section [redacted]. However, today I received an email informing me that those tickets are not available anymore. Instead, I was provided with standing room only/general admission tickets. This is not acceptable, especially since I will be attending with my two preteen daughters. We cannot stand in a crowded area for hours. Additionally, the replacement tickets are not even cheaper than what I originally paid. I spent $[redacted] and now I might end up standing with obstructed views. I demand to have assigned seats that are similar to what I purchased initially. It's frustrating that there is no customer service number to call regarding this matter. I need a prompt response and a satisfactory solution. This was supposed to be a special birthday gift for my daughter, and we are both devastated by this sudden change. We need proper seats just like the ones we selected months ago.

Hello, I am Gai Aitken. Last Wednesday, 26/6/[redacted], I bought tickets on your website. I thought each ticket was $[redacted].00. There was a delay during the purchase process, and it eventually timed out without asking for my Mastercard security code, making me assume the transaction failed. Concerned about the site and my card, a colleague used her card to try again without my knowledge. Later, I discovered we unintentionally bought a total of 4 tickets at $[redacted].02 for 2 tickets each, which wasn't the price I expected. I now seek a refund for the mistaken purchases due to the misleading pricing and the double transaction caused by the website glitch. Please refund the full amount for both orders. Order Numbers: [redacted]6 on 26/6/[redacted] at 10:28 am and Order Number: [redacted]0 on 26/6/[redacted] at 10:45 am. Thank you, Gai Aitken. Email: [redacted]

Hello,
I am writing again regarding a previous issue I have not received a response to.
I bought tickets through Viagogo for the Goodwood Revival in the UK in September [redacted]. These tickets were a 50th birthday gift for my partner, who considers attending this event a top priority. We have been planning this trip for over 4 years.
Although I purchased the tickets on April 30th and my credit card was charged, it's been almost four months, and we have not received the tickets yet. This event always sells out, and tickets must be secured months in advance. Since we are traveling from Australia, waiting until the last minute to buy tickets is not an option.
Unfortunately, tickets for the Goodwood Revival, specifically for the Friday we intended to go, are now sold out. Due to the lack of response, failure to deliver the tickets, and the time elapsed, I am requesting a full refund promptly to avoid further escalation.
Best regards,
Gavin S.

Subject: Issue with Ticket Purchase - Refund Request
Dear Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment and request a refund for the purchase of two JLo concert tickets made on June 9, [redacted] through Viagogo. Despite contacting Viagogo representative Mr. Jitender regarding the missing barcode on the tickets sent to me by [redacted], the issue was not resolved in a timely manner. Subsequently, I had to purchase replacement tickets elsewhere.
Attached are all relevant discussions and documents related to this matter. I am requesting a refund of $[redacted].95, which was the cost of the original tickets. Given my limited monthly budget as a retiree, this amount is substantial for me and my husband. Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your urgent assistance in resolving this matter.
Sincerely,
Florence Castro

I bought a ticket a few months ago, then in June, I posted it for sale, but removed the listing within 24 hours. I got an email saying the listing wouldn't be published, possibly due to needing more information. Despite canceling the listing myself, I then received an email saying my ticket was sold and I needed to pay for a new ticket in full. I never received the confirmation email. I'm confused about the situation and want to sort it out as I still want to attend the event.

When making an online purchase, my selection process went smoothly until the payment stage. After confirming and completing the payment, I was unexpectedly redirected back to the beginning several times, having to re-enter my bank details each time. The screen then displayed an error message indicating invalid details. Following this, my bank contacted me regarding suspicious activity. Eventually, I received confirmation of the purchased tickets, but to my dismay, they were not the seats I initially selected in the [redacted] section with an Unrestricted View. Instead, I was given seats in section [redacted] at a higher price with a Restricted View, which is unsuitable for me as I am visually impaired. Please address this issue promptly as I will be attending with other visually impaired individuals. You can reach me at [redacted].

My stepfather mistakenly entered the wrong email address when purchasing tickets and is now unable to recall his password. Unfortunately, resetting the password is not an option as the registered email is invalid. We lack an order number to reach Viagogo for assistance with the issue. Despite sending multiple emails, we only receive generic responses redirecting us to an unhelpful help desk. The tickets in question are for the Kiss concert scheduled for the 11th of July at the O2 Arena.

My girlfriend accidentally used the wrong email address when she bought Guns N’ Roses tickets from your company. We never received any email confirmation or order ID, but we do have the charges on our credit card statement as proof of purchase for the concert at Spectrum Arena in North Carolina. We have sent multiple requests for help but have not received a resolution. It seems like cancelling the purchase might be our only option at this point. This has been our first experience with your company, and it has been frustrating trying to resolve this issue promptly.

I purchased 2 tickets for the Jack Hughman concert on July 18th. However, after entering my credit card information and confirming payment, I noticed additional charges. On top of the ticket price of $[redacted] each ($[redacted]), I was hit with a $66 booking fee including GST, bringing the total to $[redacted]. In addition, there was a handling fee, amounting to $[redacted].75AUD, which I was not made aware of before the payment went through. This unexpected $[redacted] in handling fees seems excessive. I am questioning the legitimacy of these charges and may need to reach out to consumer affairs. I would appreciate a prompt response to clarify this issue. Thank you. Marina N.

Hello,
During my recent visit to Singapore, I purchased two tickets for the Kurious show through Viagogo. However, upon returning home, I noticed that I had been charged twice for the tickets. I am reaching out to request a refund for the duplicate charge.
When I attempted to purchase the tickets on Viagogo, I received a one-time password sent to my email address at [redacted] After encountering an error message indicating the initial transaction was unsuccessful, I repeated the process, entering another one-time password, which led to a successful purchase for two tickets.
The debits on my account show charges for S$[redacted].55 and S$[redacted].23 respectively. I received tickets via email for the S$[redacted].23 purchase, which was the successful one. I kindly ask for reimbursement of S$[redacted].55, along with any associated bank fees.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and would be grateful for a prompt resolution.
Thank you,
Rachel J.

I bought two tickets for the Elton John concert in Saskatoon on October 2nd. The tickets were purchased on April 4, [redacted], for $[redacted].45 USD, converted to Canadian dollars at $[redacted].11. Ruth K. made the purchase using VISA, and the transaction went through the same day. Unfortunately, we have not received the tickets or a confirmation. We've been unable to access our account, despite numerous attempts to reset the password, both through your system and the "GetHuman" function. This issue remains unresolved. Please send the tickets, or if you need more information, feel free to call at 1 [redacted].
