Have new Samsung Galaxy S** *G. I've not been able to finish the transfer of data from old phone (Samsung S*) to new phone. Old phone needs to be returned by mail by tomorrow, Apr **, or I'll face heavy fees and*or loss of new phone.

GetHuman-jimke did not yet indicate what Verizon should do to make this right.
