I recently attempted to open a new plan with Verizon. I chose my device (iPhone XS Max, Refurbished) for an additional $** something dollars a month added to my plan of $**-$**. And all I was due to pay immediately was $**.**! What a steal!*Of course after Verizon doing a soft credit check and getting all of my information I then received an email that said, "Thanks for your order. Your order was complete." and followed by Order details*Order placed, order number, location code, store order number, and a link to track my order. And also noticed that the $**.** was also removed from the card that I had provided.*Then I noticed the following morning that I had gotten ANOTHER email from Verizon that read: "We need a few more things to complete your order.*Thanks for your order with Verizon. To finish up, we'll need you to send us a copy of your current valid state driver's license or official state identification to verify your identity.*The quickest way to get this info to us is to use your mobile device's camera to submit your document(s) securely online. Make sure that you capture the full document where all information, edges and corners are clearly visible. Modified, expired, false, torn, blurry or incomplete documents will not be accepted.**This link will expire on ********** **:**AM ET, so be sure to act fast."**By the time I'd seen the email the link had already expired and wasn't able to send any verification of my license.*I then tried clicking the link to track my order and it's continued to say that my order is processing. Please check back later for an updated order status.*That was * days ago on the **th. I should be receiving my phone today if the order went through, but if it did, wouldn't I be able to track it by now?
