We have been having ongoing intermittent issues with our land line phone ***-***-**** and have placed numerous calls for support or repair without success. Our service has had problems since two transformers were struck by lightening approximately * weeks ago. Our service has not been the same since. Multiple attempts for repair or in person service has been unsuccessful. My husband alsp stopped at the Verizon building on Route ** in Milford and a gentlemen took information down and assured him he would pass along for attention. We still do not have continuous phone service and no one has stopped by or called .
