The issue in GetHuman-typhtar's own words
Just bought home based on the previous home owner having Verizon internet in the home. Now as I'm trying to switch my service over, I'm told they were "grandfathered in" and internet service is no longer available at my address. Though phone service is. This is completely unacceptable. Why would you take service away from potential customers when you already have all equipment set up at that address? I need someone to see this and answer why they can't be bothered to provide internet service to all customers - especially when the last person at that address used this service.
GetHuman-typhtar did not yet indicate what Verizon should do to make this right.
