After awhile they transferred my to another person who I thought had solved my problem.*I have had a wireless flip phone close to ** years. About ** years ago I added * more phones. Not long after my brother got a free phone and I cancelled his number. Now I was left with * phones ***-***-**** and ***-***-****. On February *, I had transferred my phone * to another phone with a different carrier and I expected the old phone would been cancelled in a couple business days. It was not that is why I called yesterday. I thought it was resolved and it is with ***-***-**** but ***-***-**** is still active and I wanted the account closed.*Can you help me?*I have autopay that is taken out on the **th of the month for both lines. I do not want to pay another month for a phone I can't use. Also the person ***-***-**** purchased another phone but did not take the number.
