Verizon sold me a DSL service along with a phone line you are required to add to DSL. For several months I called back and forth with Verizon to get the service set up as it would never work. After about * months I happened to speak with a technician who was outside my home working on an unrelated issue with the phone lines. He told me the DSL lines did not extend to my home and we do not have access to DSL. I want a full refund of all charges since the service that was sold is physically incapable of being fulfilled. All charges based off an invalid agreement are null and void. This includes charges for the DSL service, phone line, and alleged technician visit. No charges for this service are valid because Verizon fraudulently sold me a service they could not provide. I expect a full refund.
GetHuman-cjewell did not yet indicate what Verizon should do to make this right.
