My name is Monica Winbush. I had my phone service canceled until I get a new one.i spoke with an agent she told me that whenever I get a new phone,that my unused service will be added to account. The phone said you are on a $** plan add money to your account.i was wondering why my unused service didn't roll over to my new phone.every one that is or was a verizon Customer doesn't have to pay until january.there was no money credit to my account and am still a verizon customer. A guy told me that his phone hadn't been on for years but he had money to his account.
