I have changed carriers and I want to cancel my account with Verizon. I went into a Verizon store last evening and paid my bill in case and tried to terminate my service with Verizon at that time but the young man helping me said that I had to call to cancel my account. I have sent emails to Verizon several times today without receiving an answer. Now I'm attempting to call but I don't want to "hold" for ** minutes.
