The issue in GetHuman-jdwodarc's own words
have had an issue with my bill since Monday. On Monday I saw that my auto debit did not debit my account. I spoke to someone on Monday and they told me that because I changed my auto pay in the middle of the month the auto pay wouldnt take affect until next month so I need to pay it. I was assured that I would not be double charged. On Tuesday I noticed I was double charged and I spoke to someone again who assured me I would get a refund. Confirm * PH*******. Today I noticed my bank account is now in an overdraft and I am being charged for that by my bank. I spoke to someone again today that told me the refund could take from **-** hours. This is not acceptable since I will be charged daily by my bank and I should not have to cover this especially since I was told on Monday I would not be double charged, Will Verizon be covering my over draft fees? I became a customer in July because I hear great things about Verizon but I have had nothing but issues with my billing. I would like for either these over draft charges to be refunded back to me or to get it credited on my next bill. I have tried chatting online with support and over the phone and have only been told my bill will be credited in **-** hours,
