trying to get my voiceail restored ... I just want my verizon cellphone voicemail restored. it has been completely nonexistent for nearly * MONTHS! i have invested COUNTLESS hours on the phone, and in verizon live chats trying to get this service back. Verizon's latest contact with me was by text, which stated that my voicemail is now back on my device. while the ICON is there on my phone's home screen, it does not work. It just connects me to a standard "BUSY" signal. The same goes for ALL methods of accessing my voicemail. I just want it BACK.
I really deserve better service- I'm paying for a plan that includes voicemail, and they are NOT delivering what I'm paying for.
While I freely admit that verizon DID INDEED credit my account for one month of service, this does NOT repair the problem of no voicemail. This is all I'm asking for.
I have been a verizon wireless customer for * years. I have not done anything to CAUSE the problems I am presently experiencing, and only seek to return to what I started with, nothing more.
Yes, I've tried ALL the phone *'s and internet links I can find for verizon's "** hr. customer service" AND "** hr. technical support" and "verizon live chat".
