I had set up an International plan and was told that when I was connected to the internet and had internet calling on I would not use any minutes. When I received my bill there was over $*** in charges. When I talked to customer service, Chance who was most polite but had limited authority to help me,said that I also had to have WiFi assist off.**I have been calling from Ireland for several years using internet calling and never had this issue nor was I told that WiFi assist had to be off, nor was it.**Additionally before I left for Ireland I had called in, around September **th, and set up the $**.** a day international plan for my number ***-***-**** and my wife’s ***-***-****.*The plan worked for her line but did not for mine. I know you record the calls so you can go back and hear that I clearly was told that this plan would be active.**So one way or the other, either by WiFi calling or through the $**.** a day international plan, I should not have been charged by the minute for these calls.**Please reimburse my plan for the charges on my last bill, which I paid, and the additional ones on the next bill. I would appreciate immediate attention and feedback as to the status of my account and the resolution to my issue.*Thank you,*John A.
