My name is Sherrie Holland*W*****@***.com*I was at the Georgia National Fair and won a prize on a wheel spin and felt like things weren’t exactly right about what happened. The person I dealt with was VerizonJP. ***-***-**** I sent him this text below thank you**Hi Sherrie Holland here , we spoke about my upgrading to the Xs. I decide not to and would like you to put the money I paid you towards my acct please. I appreciate the help you gave me. There was one other thing. Before you go through all the steps it might be a good idea to let the customer know that the prize is not actually going to be applied because it doesn't include the phone you have. If I had been able to remember my password you would have completed the whole deal without me knowing it wouldn't be part of it and honestly I felt that was very dishonest of you. I have always loved VZ and have been with them a very long time but that would have been the *nd time I would've been rooked. Made me really rethink things. Makes me feel like loyalty to a company(my husband has wanted me to switch for years)really doesn't matter. Thank you again for the help. I will be looking for the money to be applied*Sherrie Holland
