My Verizon bundle is about to expire within a day or two, and I am trying to decide on which bundle to choose and renew today. I cannot sign in to MyVerizon Account on my computer's web browser even though I entered all the correct security information. Verizon says I entered in the wrong answer to my security question, which is false because I can sign in on Verizon Mobile by entering the same answer. I do not want to renew using my mobile device because the screen is too small to compare channel options in different bundles, so I need to sign in on my computer. I have spent approximately * hours trying to get this to work and to reach someone at Verizon customer service, and am so frustrated that I'm now researching local competitors. If we can resolve this shortly with a customer representative, I'm willing to stay with Verizon.
