My service *****!! It drops calls-a lot!! Can’t get on the internet or it’ll drop the connection in the middle of something. Tried ordering something on line * times the other night and everyone I’d get to the total it would freeze up and I’d loose everything!!! A lot of the time we can’t get service or I’ll try to send a text message and it won’t be able to send it for whatever reason. Phone freezes up in the middle of doing something and I loose it all. My service was better at *** East Silver Street Mapleton and now that I’ve moved to Mankato, closer to the service area the service is worse!!!! I’m ready to change service carriers!! Please ad another tower, line or some tip of increase service or I’ll be forced to change carriers if the services isn’t improved! Thank you.
