Contacting you for James Tyree located at **** Bradshaw Road, Salem VA *****, phone number (***)***-****. Two days ago a tree fell over the lines on his property knocking out power, phone and cable. Craig Botetourt has repaired the power lines but there is no phone or cable coming into the house. The tree apparently knocked down all the lines. The resident has attempted to report this many times in the past ** hours but have not had success. Will you please report this outage and get the lines back up. Thank you.
