I need a code to unlock my Verison Motorola moto e* pre-paid phone. The phone has been cleaned out to 'factory reset'. There is not a telephone number assigned to this phone. It is asking for a code to unlock it.

GetHuman-pattizb did not yet indicate what Verizon Land Line should do to make this right.
