Need help with my mother's phone ***-***-****. She's ** years old and was disconnected yesterday. She needs her phone and her lifeline, please! She would like to be re-instated exactly as she was. She did NOT authorize any changes whatsoever. She has always had Verizon and is completely happy and satisfied. Again, she's ** - please help me get her phone set up again - we've had the same number and phone with you forever! Thank you.
