I tried to call customer service to get my current package changed from Triple Play to Mix and Match as advertised on the internet. The person I spoke with is foreign, does not understand what I want and indicates that I can only make the changes with mix and match on the internet. I WANT TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE ON THE PHONE ABOUT THE CHANGES I WANT TO MAKE AND HAVE THEM MAKE THEM - PLEASE SUPPLY ME A NUMBER WHERE I CAN SPEAK WITH SOMEONE IN THE UNITED STATES WHO UNDERSTANDS ENGLISH AND CAN MAKE THE CHANGES. ALTERNATIVELY GIVE AN ADDRESS WHERE I CAN PHYSICALLY GO AND SPEAK WITH SOMEONE WHO CAN MAKE THE CHANGES - YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS TIME IS HORRIBLE. I DO NOT WANT EMAILS I WANT TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE - KSPCAP***@VERIZON.NET phone number is ***-***-****. If you folks can't oblige - please cancel my service.**Thanks,**Chuck Pringle
