I have ordered Verizon router, we were told to just plug it in. The product didn't come with any instructions. We had plugged the product in and have nothing happen. The light on the modem is blinking red. And is not picking up the dsl. I need to get help, I have a full time job that requires me to have WiFi and I have been dealing with problems for over four days. I don't want to cancel this and have to go anywhere else. This is not how Verizon I thought operates with their customers. This needs fixed now
