I got a new card in the mail, and once it said I activate it the money I have left in my old card will transfer and It never did. I have the ventra app and I was putting money thinking my new card will be attached to the app but it wasn’t. Also ventra logged me out of my app and I haven’t had to religion in on years and I had to do the reset password. I got the link and I’ve been trying to change my password for days and it’s not accepting any of my new passwords it’s realky getting annoying. I had to take Uber’s since I can’t even get into my card.
GetHuman-dajackso did not yet indicate what Ventra Chicago should do to make this right.
