Find out if charges were paid ... On March **th, **** a charge of $**** was made to Conner Smith. This charge, done thu Venmo, was originated from a Wells Fargo Credit card issued to Brian K Schmidt. My question is: On the date, the transaction it went through, Wells Fargo to this date claims there has been no reversal of this payment, and my Venmo account does *not show a reversal. However, it is said that Conner Smith’s Venmo account was reversed due to this charge. How can I get answers to this?
I appreciate Venmo app. It has been very helpful thus far and would love to continue to use it however if the charge has been reversed I would think I should be informed of it not just informing the person who received it
Just let me know whether or not that money was paid to Conner Smith and up-to-date it has not been reversed
I have called Wells Fargo they reply Spohn did saying they did not reverse the charges. I have a statement from Conner Smith’s bank, I also have my Venmo app showing my account and the charge paid. I have called Venmo customer service but they are closed for the evening and now I am writing this second message to tech-support and I have sent one into the customer service department. I’m trying to get this resolved as soon as possible thank you.
