I got a new phone and wasn’t able to switch all my apps over, so Venmo wanted me to verify it’s me by getting an email. It shows the first few and last character in the email. The only email I have with those characters in that spot has not received any messages from Venmo. Ive checked all folders and tried multiple times on different days. I clicked the other option, entering my card information linked to the account, and the “confirm” button never lights up and becomes available to click. This is the only card I could have linked to the account and have tried multiple times to do it. Ive deleted the app and restarted my phone and it won’t do it. I understand and appreciate the precautionary steps taken to protect users’ Identities, but we should be able to enter our phone number to recover our account or see the entire email address to make sure I spelled it correctly in the first place
