We are unable to get out of network benefits for patients via the website and when we call we are unable to talk to a live representative and this is unfair to our patients who are here for their appointment and unable to use their benefits at their convenience and this is a benefit in which they pay for and unfair to the patient. This is poor customer service on VSP's part and we are suggesting that they go with another provider for vision services during open enrollment.
