Hello my name is Jamie Platz and while attempting to book a location the payment process never confirmed and then was given an error the dates were not available, so I booked a different location. After booking Friday I only had one confirmed location, which was for my second choice. Come Saturday I had two pending payments for both properties assuming the one that did not process properly would eventually not go through. Today I'm looking at my trips and I have * confirmed locations the one that the payment did not process due to the a dates not available and the second at the confirmed location (proper confirmation given). I've contacted the owner for the location that was not confirmed and asked if indeed the dates are available for me before attempting to cancel the second location. But I want to also contact VRBO and make sure I will not be charged for * locations.
