We made a return to your site because of good past experiences. We found a suitable apartment on So Ocean Drive for * months and received a lease from the owner* On Nov *th we obtained a cashiers check, and signed and mailed lease* On Nov **th, owner cashed our check*(Proof via Chase) * Shortly thereafter, she phoned, went over check-in information, parking details etc * At the end of last week she phoned to say her apt was sold and not available!* We pleaded with her to make the closing date after our stay. She refused* She promised to overnight (at our expense) a cashiers with our full refund and to include a termination letter * By text we asked her today Dec *th to confirm the above and she said on Tuesday she mailed a cashiers check by regular mail! Did not come!* We have paid non refundable to transport our car, have airline tickets for December **st and processed our forwarding address. * We thought vrbo should be aware of our experience and seek your help*What assistance can you give us?*Thank you*Kay Pomerantz *K*****@***.com.
