My summer rental subscription expired in May, resulting in my not getting any last minute bookings or Sept. rentals. Every year since, about ** years I"ve been with them they've sent me numerous notifications. This time, not one. The supervisor, Dan was very rude and unapologetic, like he was mad at me! My case * is ********. I now see they've switched to a different payment system I'm confined to (because their customers want it, credit cards). I am a customer and a steady one. I like my old system and don't really want them to mess up my rentals as they have done to others with refunds, payments and the like! Credit cards are not ID"s such as a personal check with renters phone and address. They say I have not choice. I asked them for a discount, but it still too late to reap what I've lost. Dan me offered me a lot of insults and * extra months. I"ve lost hundreds, that which * months won't cover. He could not say he did send me a renewal notice and I did not see any block , like he said I would have, as I update my calendar regularly. Now they want to mess up my bank account, and have more information on me that I do on the people I trust my home too.
