********-signed up with United Healthcare's Regional Special Needs Plan- PPO. Was told by E-health insurance, agent Jennifer Gonzalez that I could see ANY doctor. I phoned my PCP on *****. He said he did not accept this plan, and few doctors would. I immediately phoned "Mark"@ United Health Ins. (*-***-***-****) He said he had taken care of my cancellation of enrollment. Tkt* I *********. Phoned United Healthcare, again, on ********, after receiving email from them, stating that my new plan would be effective on **-*-**. I was transferred to * different people, none of which would confirm that my new policy ********** would be cancelled. I emailed United Healthcare to "Cease And Desist) on ********. When I phoned Medicare, they said they had not received anything from United Healthcare, that they had cancelled my enrollment. I have serious health issues, and have appointments with my Nephrologist on ******** and my PCP on ********. If this issue is not resolved by then, I will not be seen by either of these doctors, or by anyone???? Please assist, if there is no charge for your services. Thank you. Joanne Barajas *****@***.com
