I was treated in a very unconcerned rude arrogant way by a bag check person. Then I was able to be assisted by lady supervisor. She was also completely unaccomidating then a even higher supervisor got even ruder. Now all of this was over a checked bag. The hotwire ticket that I purchased to was a ticket that did not include any luggage then when I agreed to pay ***.** dollars to change my ticket so that it allowed a carry on then I was told the flight was over booked by **. When I asked why a company would book ** people over the amount of tickets then i was told look sir this is a money making business. I was livid then I was told if I did not shut up I would not be allowed to fly. All they needed to say was that you we will let the flight staff know that you will be boarding w a carry on.**I am in the service business I deal with customers *** days a year.
