I have a confirmed flight on **Sep**** confirmation* LS*Q** to Colorado Springs but, I got a call from my friend yesterday, ** Sep**** that she is not able to accommodate me due to her husband having serious medical condition. I can send you the text content if you require. I do not know Colorado and do not know anyone there to go to. **This flight to COS was a little problematic due to the changes at the beginning (Sep*-Sep**, SFO airport repair). Now that it was confirmed this unwanted situation arose. **I wished you have a policy similar to Southwest - as long as you travel within a year, money are not forfeited.**I am trying to hold on and see if the husband gets better but, I believe he will be hospitalized for surgery. Is there a possibility to refund this flight? Or anything you can do to not forfeit my money. I am not rich and cannot afford to lose even a penny. **I have contacted customer service and they told me to submit a request.
