I would like my refund that you guys owe me since April **th of **** there's now September **st I have called numerous times faxed email and spoken to have your department and they keep telling me my mail is lost in the mail room then they called and said oh we mailed it out now apparently it's back stuck in the mail room and they said there's some glitches now I spoke to Kim and the service resolution baggage area and she's the director and I've spoken to your claim section as spoken to your tracking section I have nothing but bad customer service I need my money please and I would like it tomorrow I don't care if you guys give me a free trip from compensating me for * months for going through this nonsense embarrassing even I got to Vegas when I had no clothes this is ridiculous I want something done about this thank you
