I am writing to express how very disappointed I am at United's inability to offer Wi-Fi on their flights. This flight, as well we the return flight from CUN to SFO on July **, were both listed as having Wi-Fi within the continental United States. **This was a business trip for me, and I required at least * hours of Wi-FI access on each leg. I understood that Wi-Fi would only be offered over the continental Untied States, but that still should have provided me with at least * hours in each direction. And yet there was no Wi-Fi access in either direction. **I missed a very important deadline on the way down, and missed a critical email on the way back, both have which have had major implications since. **I would like for United to compensate me for the glaring misrepresentation of their service.
