Missing items happen all the time. If you are looking to recover one you will need to report it immediately. If you deleted the item you most likely cannot get it back.
The issue in GetHuman-ciminoj's own words
I have my main Xbox account, Sup*riorWON and a second account EleventhChimp** that my son uses, and they’re linked. I bought the R* Deluxe game digitally which came with the Year * Operators (* of them) back in Nov ****. Since then I’ve digitally purchased the Year * season pass on the Sup*riorWON account and all content has transferred over to EleventhChimp** account. *On Monday **** the Year * operators are missing from EleventhChimp**. The content still shows purchased in the app, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the DLC and done the same with the game itself. It appears to have desynced somehow. The Year * operators disappeared initially too but after the uninstall reinstall of the DLC they came back. Thought maybe the same glitch with Year * but it didn’t work. **Can you help please?
