I have been banned from playing Division 2 due to using a glitch while playing with friends. My PSN is jimdouggie. I feel this ban is unfair as others who showcased the glitch on YouTube have not been banned. Although I used it to give myself an advantage, I never abused it in the Dark Zone. My main purpose in playing Division 2 is to assist struggling players who lack guidance in the game. I play to help the community rather than for personal gain. I have noticed other players who publicized the glitch have not faced consequences, unlike me. I never exploited the glitch but rather used it to aid others. As I am quarantined at home during the coronavirus outbreak, gaming is one of the few activities I can engage in, especially to support other players. I invested over $[redacted] in the game, including the Warlords DLC. I kindly request a reconsideration of my ban so I can continue supporting fellow players during this challenging time. Your understanding and assistance in this matter would be highly valued.

I encountered an issue while attempting to log into The Division 2 as I discovered my account has been banned. I wish to understand the reason behind this action as I utilized the damage glitch but refrained from participating in any PvP activities during that time. I find it unjust that while the game's non-playable characters are overpowered and faulty, I am being penalized for exploiting a game glitch, despite having spent over $[redacted] on the ultimate edition and the latest expansion. My gameplay solely involved facing NPCs and not engaging with other players. It is perplexing why prominent YouTubers exploiting the same glitch have not faced repercussions. Your actions seem contradictory, and it diminishes the enjoyment of the game for players like myself. Moreover, the devaluation of hard-earned items like the Eagle Bearer due to the new expansion adds to the frustration. While I do not intend to plead, the restriction on my account creates an uncomfortable situation for both parties. I am requesting a refund to address this matter.

I am a huge fan of the Hero series. Lately, a mobile game called Hero-dynasty has been released in China, and many of us are enjoying it. Unfortunately, the game is experiencing some significant issues, particularly with regards to game balancing. One major problem is that the first Union consistently dominates, leaving other players feeling discouraged and causing many to quit the game. This leads to servers becoming deserted. Additionally, the high battle costs, where about 50% of creatures need treatment after battles, are too steep for most players to handle. Furthermore, senior players can repeatedly attack junior players’ cities, resulting in major losses for the juniors. Despite players offering suggestions to the game's agent in China, Beijing Zhongqing Longtu Network Technology Co Ltd, it seems like they are not addressing these issues, possibly prioritizing short-term gains over the game's long-term success. It is crucial for the game to implement mechanisms that prevent one union from dominating and ensure a fair competition among all unions. I hope these concerns are addressed to improve the game for everyone.

Hello, I'm Turell. My sister purchased Just Dance [redacted] for my PS4. The game mentions using the Just Dance Controller app on your phone to dance. I installed the app, ensured both devices were on the same WIFI network, and followed the instructions, but encountered an issue. On the PS4, it requested to swipe to the panda while the app only displayed my dancer's name and settings, with no interactive elements. I used the controller to proceed, but the app didn't respond as expected. I've tried restarting both the PS4 and the app multiple times and even attempted it on my iPad with the same outcome. Could you provide assistance, or is there a possibility of a refund?

I have an issue with any Ubisoft game, in this case Rainbow Six Sage. The problem starts when I launch Uplay, it gets stuck on "searching for patches" for a while, and then either asks me to log in or says I'm already logged in and gives me an error message about my internet connection, telling me to try again later or check my internet access. I do have internet because I can use YouTube and Spotify, and I can play other games from Steam or standalone like LoL without any issues. The problem is specifically with Uplay. I've been unable to play for months, I uninstalled and reinstalled it [redacted] times, tried everything, and nothing works. I hope you can help me solve this problem somehow. It's frustrating to pay for games and spend money on R6 just to not be able to even enter due to Uplay.

Today, when I logged onto my PS4, I encountered connectivity issues with my CenturyLink internet, which typically runs at 21.8 Download Speeds and 1.4 Upload Speeds. I was unable to create a group to play Rainbow Six Siege with my friend despite being able to enter a multiplayer match. Switching to Far Cry 5, I faced errors trying to connect to the "Arcade" mode, unlike my friend who could access it. This issue seems to be isolated to Ubisoft games, although I resolved a similar problem with Call of Duty by renewing my licenses. I am seeking assistance to troubleshoot and restore access to Ubisoft games for online play with my friends.

I encountered a frustrating situation in the game. My friend and I queued up, but after waiting around a minute and a half, we both lost connection to the server. I checked an outage website and saw many similar cases, leading me to believe it was a widespread server issue. After multiple tries, I finally logged back in, only to discover I had received a one-day abandon sanction. I hadn't even entered a match before the server problem occurred. Strangely, my friend, who experienced the exact same situation since we were queuing together, only got a 15-minute ban. This discrepancy has happened previously, where I consistently receive longer bans (usually three hours) while my friend always gets 15 minutes for similar issues. I would appreciate it if I could appeal this ban and understand why there seems to be this inconsistency in the sanctions applied to me compared to my friend.

Several preapproved charges from Ubisoft totaling £[redacted] have been deducted from my bank account. PayPal mentioned that this activity is not unusual, but I have no affiliation with this platform. I do not play PC games, nor have I initiated any transactions. I have tried to resolve this matter previously but the responses were not clear. If Ubisoft does not refund the money, I will involve the bank's fraud department. Currently, it's unclear whether Ubisoft or PayPal should handle this. I am feeling frustrated as Ubisoft keeps prompting me to log into an account that I've never created.

Good morning, I'm a user who wanted to play Hungry Shark World again. Previously, I had no issues retrieving my saved data from the cloud. However, after installing it a third time and trying to recover my saved data, I received an error message and they did not load. After uninstalling and reinstalling it for a fourth time, it asked if I wanted to recover data from a day ago (when I was told there was an error and couldn't recover the data). Could you please advise me on how to recover my data? I had the white shark, map, pets, everything. Just to clarify, I want to recover the data of the white shark and everything else, not from July 6 (in case you look at the saved data), but from much earlier. Thank you for your time, regards 👋

I have a few of your games. I am currently playing Div 2 and was surprised to find some of my weapons missing when I started the game. I had 2 Bullet Kings that vanished without me doing anything. I acquired an Exotic from the Dark Zone, but upon returning to the White House, it was gone too. Losing items after playing for hours is discouraging. I can't continue playing until I recover them. It's frustrating that recalibrating an item can lead to losing multiple exotics. I'm extremely upset and plan to share my disappointment with my friends online. I've already lost quite a bit since the game changes, and losing all our progress is demoralizing. If I decide to quit, I'll try to convince my friends to leave too. The decreasing player numbers reflect the dissatisfaction among older players like myself and my friends. I hope the situation improves. - PO Gabe

Dear Ubisoft Support, I have an account on Rainbow 6 Siege under the name UnF.Cookie. Unfortunately, I mistakenly used the wrong email address that I no longer have access to. I possess all the necessary details about the account and have my phone number linked to it. I am reaching out in hopes that you can assist me in changing the email address associated with my account. I am willing to provide all the relevant information and passwords for verification. If possible, please email me at [redacted] or message me at [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] (Australia code +61). This is the third email I have sent regarding this matter, so I kindly ask for your help or acknowledgement of my request. I urgently need to update my email address, as I no longer have access to the one currently on file. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, James O'Dea

Hello, I was recently banned from playing Rainbow Six: Siege by Ubisoft due to alleged toxic behavior. This ban is permanent, which is quite distressing as I have invested over [redacted] hours and €[redacted] into the game. Despite being banned for 15 days previously without clarity on the reason, I altered my settings to avoid any misconduct. I am confused by this new ban as I have made conscious efforts to avoid any negative behavior. I am seeking clarification on the grounds of my ban, as I strongly believe I have not engaged in any offensive language. The disproportionate escalation from a 15-day ban to a permanent one is disheartening. Rainbow Six: Siege holds a special place in my heart, being a source of solace during difficult times including my parents' divorce and dealing with personal struggles. The impact of losing access to a game that has been a significant support system for me is profound. I am disappointed by Ubisoft's handling of the situation and have decided to refrain from further purchases from your company. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding the specifics of my ban. Sincerely, N. V. (mp7.FG)

Hello, I have the following issue... There are moments in the game where my main weapon simply disappears... for no reason at all, I don't unequip it, I don't level it up. It just suddenly vanishes... This has happened 3 times already. The last 2 times, I continued from a previous save where the Blacksmith Hammer was still there... Now it has happened again, and the last save was 3 hours ago... Honestly, I don't feel like loading an old save again just because my Blacksmith Hammer is disappearing for no reason... Especially since that save is now a solid 3 hours old. The missing item is: Flawless Blacksmith Hammer fully upgraded. I would appreciate knowing how to proceed from here. Best regards.

I have purchased three games from Ubisoft this year. The first one was "South Park: The Fractured But Whole" for the Switch. I encountered a glitch after the chaos fight where the screen turned black, and I couldn't progress. The second game was "Assassin's Creed Valhalla," and despite buying the expensive version, I experienced issues with NPCs being stuck, like Birstan. Lastly, the collector's mask I bought was not wearable as advertised, lacking proper eye holes. I am frustrated because I spent a significant amount of money on these games and items. I would appreciate either a full refund or fixes for these problems. I hope Ubisoft addresses these issues and improves their treatment of loyal fans who support their company.

I recently purchased Game Assassins Creed Origins and encountered an issue with my UBISoft account password. After requesting a password reset and not receiving the email, I tried to play the game again, and it worked without needing to sign in. However, the next day, it asked for my credentials once more, creating a loop. I would appreciate a link to update my password so I can enjoy my game without interruptions. Thank you for your assistance. - K.G.

During my ranked match on Rainbow Six Siege, I experienced a disconnection caused by another player, MellowMango58 on Xbox Live. As a result, I received a ban for 30 minutes and lost one of my placement matches. I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue and possibly recovering the lost placement match without taking legal action.

I experienced a DDoS attack, which led to me being banned for 2 hours. I am frustrated and upset about this situation. I have identified the individuals responsible for the attack and I want them to be banned. I am requesting an immediate appeal of my ban. I recently purchased an Xbox Series X, the game, and the battle pass, and I did not expect to encounter this problem. This has happened twice now, and it needs to be resolved promptly. I have invested a lot of money into this game, which serves as a source of enjoyment and support for me during difficult times like the current Covid situation. I am passionate about playing ranked matches, so please lift my ban immediately as I cannot wait for two hours.

I purchased AC Valhalla for £85, but it keeps crashing and returning to the home page intermittently. Additionally, the add-on game related to Beowulf and Grendle crashes every time I reach the church at the beginning of the level and hasn't worked since. I am unable to work due to long-term illness, so I indulge myself occasionally with such purchases. Being a big fan of the Assassin's Creed series, it is frustrating that these issues are occurring. Hopefully, someone can assist me with resolving these problems. Thank you, Mr. J. Lawler. Email: [redacted]

Today, I subscribed to uplay+ using my Visa card, and my account was billed $15.66 for the monthly fee. I began playing Immortals Fenyx Rising and enjoyed it for approximately two hours. Suddenly, I was unexpectedly disconnected from the game and received an error stating that my payment had failed. However, upon checking my bank account, I can confirm that the charge for the service is reflected there. My Ubisoft username is ghag3139, and you can reach me at [redacted]

I have put in nearly 80 hours into "AC Valhalla," and it seems that there is a significant bug in the game where "The Bell" does not appear at the graveyard in the monastery as intended. Despite having all the necessary clues to locate him, whenever I do a raid there, he runs off and hides without reappearing. I have searched for a solution extensively, but I can't find one anywhere. Additionally, the church he is supposed to be at is on the southern coast of Suthsexe, not in Hamtunscire as the final hint suggests.
