I enjoyed playing "Hungry Dragon" on my phone but wanted a bigger screen, so I downloaded it onto my Huawei tablet. I had only been playing for a day on my phone before purchasing one of the deals advertised. However, when I opened the game on the tablet, I had to create a new account, different from the one on my phone. I linked it to my Facebook and enabled sharing, but then when I tried to do the same on my phone, it seems like I overwrote my progress. Starting over isn't a big deal since I had only played for a day, but now my purchases are gone, and I've lost money as a result. The customer support response I received was unhelpful and made me quite upset. Please restore my purchased items; that is all I'm asking for. I made an error with the cloud share, but I don't want to lose my bought items after just one day.

I submitted a support ticket for this issue, and I am feeling frustrated at the moment. I purchased AirMech Prime for AirMech Arena on Xbox One, which used to have no connection problems. However, now it only lets me connect for about 30 seconds - just enough time to start a solo match before kicking me out, stating that the Ubisoft servers are down. This occurs consistently despite all my efforts. Additionally, there are no indications of AirMech Prime content. I have forwarded all the necessary ports, reset both my Xbox and router, and followed all advice given to me. Coincidentally, the [redacted] version appeared in my ready-to-install list out of nowhere. It is now installed on my Xbox One alongside the current version. The [redacted] version operates flawlessly, but it does not allow me to access AirMech Prime from the Xbox One version. I am hesitant to invest more of my hard-earned money in any Ubisoft games. I have devoted a significant amount to other accounts, appreciating the games as quality works of art. I passed these accounts on to my adult sons, and we used to play AirMech Arena together, which we all enjoyed. However, now we cannot play together as they own Xbox Ones. Even though they suggest giving up on this issue, I would like to maintain our shared gaming tradition, especially now that they are far away.

Whenever I try to play For Honor on Xbox, I get stuck on the Vortiger loading screen. It keeps saying it's trying to contact the servers, but after about 40 seconds, I receive an error message stating it cannot connect to the servers. This issue has persisted for the past two weeks despite attempting various troubleshooting steps recommended on the Ubisoft website, such as uninstalling and reinstalling the game, hard and soft resetting the Xbox, and resetting the router. Could you please check if the profile name ST4R THUND3R is correctly linked to the servers? Thank you.

I had a seamless experience playing this game on my PS4. I recently transitioned to PC and encountered unexpected difficulties. Initially, I experienced FPS stutters every 15 seconds. I performed a clean uninstall and reinstall, resolving this issue. Now, the game runs smoothly on my PC, but a new problem emerged - after about 5 minutes of playing, my screen freezes, and within 4 seconds, the application closes. Occasionally, the game abruptly shifts to the home screen without freezing. I'm seeking assistance to address this issue promptly.

I have been struggling to reach Ubisoft for days regarding missing purchased R6 points. Despite buying $19.99 worth of points through the PlayStation store two days ago, they have not appeared in my account. I have tried contacting Ubisoft through various channels, but with no success. The phone numbers seem to be disabled, and I have not received any response to my emails. It is frustrating to spend so much time trying to resolve this issue without any luck. If I can't find a way to contact them soon, I may have to resort to leaving negative feedback instead.

I purchased the Assassin's Creed Animus Pack at a discounted price of €[redacted].45, using a 20% discount code for [redacted] coins, bringing the total to €[redacted].16. Following the purchase, I entered my card security code, but encountered a [redacted] error message stating the page didn't exist. Despite the deduction from my account, the games have not appeared in my library, and the downloads have not initiated. The Activation instructions were not successful, despite having a stable internet connection. I am hopeful to resolve this issue promptly to access the games. My account is registered under the email address listed.

Hello, I was playing "Assassin's Creed Odyssey" and I accidentally defeated the Minotaur boss before receiving the quest for it. Consequently, I couldn't exit the cave, so I loaded an earlier save and attempted it again once I acquired the proper quest. After killing the Minotaur as required by the quest, I found myself trapped in the cave. I'm seeking assistance on how to exit the cave while being able to collect the quest items. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing issues with my Ubisoft account. When trying to sign in to Uplay, I am told that my email is invalid. However, I know my email is correct because when attempting to create a new account, it indicates that my email is already associated with an account. This dilemma prevents me from accessing Ubisoft sites, including the support website. I used [redacted] to create my Ubisoft account, yet the system claims it is not valid. The frustration of this situation is making me hesitant to purchase any more Ubisoft games. I have reached out multiple times regarding this matter and have yet to receive a resolution.

I am experiencing a headache as I am frustrated with companies redirecting me to automated services and requiring personal information to provide assistance. I recently purchased Far Cry 5 and encountered a glitch where I cannot select throwing knives from the wheel, despite having them full. As an experienced gamer, I believe the issue is not on my end. Could you please explain how to select and throw knives or guide me on resolving this glitch? I find it disappointing that the customer service line, including the [redacted] number, only leads to automated responses prompting registration without the option to speak to a live representative. This loop of automated messages ending in disconnection is disheartening. The gaming industry's focus on profitability over user experience, such as pay-to-win models, is discouraging. This dissatisfaction may lead me to consider the PS4 as my final gaming system. I eagerly await your response.

There is a serious issue with this game that needs attention. The starting heroes like raider, conqueror, kensei, warden, berserker, and orochi have been unbalanced since release. Kensei, berserker, conqueror, and warden are now considered S tier, with numerous options and strengths, making them competitive. However, orochi has been left behind, becoming ineffective and unpopular among players. The lack of openers, poor mix-ups, low damage, health, and speed, as well as predictable moves, make orochi a weak choice compared to other heroes. Orochi is the iconic samurai character that many players were drawn to, but now, he is undeserving of his reputation. In order to maintain the game's success, orochi needs a complete rework and buff to bring him up to at least an A+ tier level. It is crucial to listen to the community's feedback and address this balancing issue promptly.

I am currently working on an Ancient Greek project, focusing on the polis Athens. I admire the attention to detail in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, particularly in the depiction of Athens. For my diorama of the Acropolis during the Classical Era, I am struggling to find accurate references due to limited resources as a high school student. Can I use the Acropolis from your game for my project, as it could significantly improve my grade? Thank you for considering my request.

I'm experiencing an issue with "For Honor." After the new homescreen DLC video plays and I attempt to start the game, an error message pops up saying I'm signed into my profile followed by a message about not being able to connect to the Ubisoft Club servers. The error message disappears quickly, and I'm back at the Sakura screen. I really love this game and would appreciate any help you can provide. It typically takes a few days for games to download, but once they're installed, I don't experience any lag. I hope someone can assist me with this problem. Thank you in advance for your support!

Today, I purchased Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege. Previously, the game was shared with me, but the person sharing it added someone new, resulting in the loss of most of my operators, except for the Burnt Horizon ones. Unable to access my account, I had to play on the other person's account who originally bought the game. Upon buying the Deluxe edition of Rainbow Six and playing it today, I discovered that I had lost my Burnt Horizon operators and had not regained my old ones like Lion, Finka, Maverick, Nomad, Gridlock, Maestro, Alibi, Clash, Kaid, and Mozzie. Despite purchasing the game, I have yet to retrieve my previously owned Operators. I obtained these operators with my account and I am eager to have them back. Losing all my main operators has forced me to adapt to using different ones temporarily.

Today, I purchased Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege. Prior to buying the game, I was game sharing, but encountered an issue. The person I shared with started sharing with someone else, causing me to lose most of my operators, except for the Burnt Horizon ones. Eventually, I could no longer play on my account and had to use the other person's account. Upon purchasing the Deluxe edition, I lost my Burnt Horizon operators and did not regain my previous ones like Lion, Finka, Maverick, Nomad, and others. I want Ubisoft to restore all my operators, as they were obtained on my account. Despite buying the game, the issue remains unresolved. I am disappointed to lose my main operators and adjust to using different ones now.

Hello, I am encountering an issue in The Division 2. The worksite community mission is glitched and does not progress when I try to start it. Although it worked once, it glitched after the mission, preventing me from speaking to the necessary individual. My username is Blazar312 on PlayStation 4. I would appreciate it if the mission could be reset or if I could receive the shade tech cash and mission rewards that I currently cannot access. Apart from this problem, I am enjoying the game and appreciate the effort put into releasing a polished product. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to a response.

I am thoroughly disappointed with Far Cry New Dawn. As a longtime supporter of Ubisoft games, I have always appreciated their gameplay and graphics. However, the drastic change from Far Cry Five to New Dawn has completely ruined the experience for me. The game lacks realism, making it almost impossible to enjoy even on the easiest setting. The unrealistic mechanics, like shooting over [redacted] rounds at a dirt bike helmet with no effect, are frustrating. Simple tasks like finding healing plants or essential resources like titanium have become needlessly complicated. This level of frustration and disappointment has led me to no longer support Ubisoft and their games. The shift in gameplay has caused me to completely lose interest in their products, despite being a loyal customer for years. Far Cry New Dawn has let me down immensely.

I received the Dodge This Award on Ubisoft Club, then went into The Crew to collect the Dodge Viper SRT. After collecting it, the game kicked me to the main menu. I tried reaching out earlier but received no response. My gamer tag on Xbox One is YTEvan AllenYT. I need the Dodge This Award removed because it keeps crashing my game every time I play The Crew. To provide additional evidence, I created a YouTube video demonstrating the issue for others to see. Search "Found Annoying Bug | Xbox One | The Crew by Nicholas Allen" on YouTube. I have also contacted Microsoft for assistance, and I hope they can reach out to you too. Please resolve this bug promptly and remove it.

I recently purchased the Trials Rising Gold Edition (digital) from the Playstation Store. However, upon installation, I noticed that the Wild West and Jungle packs were missing. Sony informed me that these were pre-order bonuses and suggested contacting Ubisoft for resolution. Despite understanding pre-order incentives, the misleading information on the physical copy and Playstation store is disappointing. My PSN ID is Dunkage-PS, and I am a Uplay member who values my Ubisoft games. Another issue I encountered was with Space Junkies beta, which turned out to be online-only and put PSN users at a disadvantage due to flow controls. This has made me rethink purchasing decisions. I hope Ubisoft can address the missing content in Trials Rising and improve future game experiences. Thank you for your assistance. - John B.

I'm trying to buy the new Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Breakpoint Wolves Collector's Edition, but I keep encountering an error message when trying to checkout. The error states, "* ERROR Your shopping cart can currently not be ordered since one or more of the products in your cart have an invalid price or are not available in the requested quantity. Please remove the product(s) with prices marked as N/A from your cart or change the quantities to the available amount. If you have any questions, please contact customer service."

Ubisoft is offering a sale of 60-75% off on Ghost Recon Wildlands, alongside discounts on Season 1 & 2 passes. The game is priced at $15, with each year pass also priced at $15. While the Ultimate edition includes all this content, priced at $[redacted], it lacks certain elements found in the Deluxe edition available for $10. The Ultimate edition features a unique QuickStart kit, only available in this bundle. Customers may find themselves paying $[redacted] for what amounts to $55 worth of separate purchases. This pricing strategy seems perplexing, especially when compared to previous experiences with Division 2 content. As a dedicated Ubisoft enthusiast with a military background and business education, the pricing strategy appears illogical. The sale ends soon, creating a time-sensitive dilemma for those considering a purchase.
