I didn't realize I needed backup codes when my 2-step authentication app was deleted and re-downloaded without any codes. I'm stuck without access to the codes or backup codes to disable 2-step verification. I can't log in to fix this. Can you help me? I believe my Ubisoft account is linked to my Steam account, and I can provide my Steam details for verification. Please don't suggest creating a new Ubisoft account.

While peacefully playing a game of Terrorist Hunt, I was unexpectedly banned. The reason cited was toxic behavior, which confuses me as I did not engage in any negative actions that day. I find the permanent ban unjust, especially considering the significant amount of money, approximately $[redacted]-$[redacted], that I have invested in Rainbow 6 Siege. I attempted to create a new account, but encountered issues transferring my season pass, game progress, and the TTS. Despite multiple errors, I am determined to resolve this matter. If you could kindly respond to this email and assist me in rectifying the situation, I would greatly appreciate it. I am frustrated beyond words and eager for a resolution, particularly by having my account unbanned. Typically, a temporary ban precedes a permanent one, yet I only recall a short penalty of half an hour due to an accidental team kill. The current ban status baffles me, and I sincerely request your prompt attention to this issue. My username is cant_hide42. Thank you.

Hello everyone, during my recent gaming sessions on Rainbow Six Siege, I've unfortunately come across multiple glitchers in three consecutive matches. The glitches ranged from the classic deployable shield issue where it covers the player's head to obscure headshots, to a glitch involving Clash's shield staying up while she's able to shoot freely. The most frustrating glitch resembled PC gameplay, where in the final round on the new map Outback, IQ was able to shoot opponents from outside the spawn area. It's disappointing to see old glitches resurfacing, and it's crucial for Ubisoft to address and fix these issues promptly. While headshot consistency has improved, there are still problems with hitboxes that need fine-tuning, ensuring that headshots only register on the actual head size. Despite these issues, I'm grateful that Rainbow Six Siege hasn't adopted a battle royale mode, as adding one could potentially deter players. I urge Ubisoft to prioritize fixing these glitches and cultivating a more positive and fair gaming environment for the community. Thank you for taking the time to read this message, and I hope to see improvements in Siege soon. Sincerely, a dedicated player.

In both Tom Clancy's The Division and The Division 2, I've encountered an annoying bug that surprises me hasn't been fixed in the sequel. When sprinting down a small staircase, my character abruptly drops as though off a cliff. This sudden drop has led to my character's untimely demise in-game as the recovery animation takes crucial seconds, leaving me vulnerable. It's unclear whether this issue stems from the character's sprint mechanics or certain staircase designs. This peculiar glitch seems to occur mainly on modest staircases, mimicking a significant drop-off even when the height is similar to a ledge where the character would normally crouch upon landing. This odd behavior, while not causing damage, can expose me to attacks from enemy NPCs due to the delay in resuming my movements.

I have attempted to find information regarding the new update released on May 14th for Tom Clancy's The Division 2. On my map, there is an indication of a "CLASSIFIED ASSIGNMENT." I understand that this content is only accessible to players who have purchased the "YEAR 1 PASS."
I am considering waiting for a sale on the Year 1 Pass, but I am uncertain if the 8 Classified Assignments will still be available at that time. I am aware that some DLC may become free eventually and I wish there was an option to purchase the content separately. I am interested in exploring more of the game's story and lore.
To clarify, if I were to purchase the YEAR 1 PASS at a later date, will I still have access to the 8 Classified Assignments?

I am having trouble submitting a complaint through the website. I purchased the Division 2 $[redacted].00 edition and just learned that there will be no raid matchmaking. This means that exclusive content will be inaccessible to solo players without clans. I am disappointed by this decision. I am seeking a refund as Ubisoft initially claimed all events would have matchmaking available. Not everyone has the time or a large group of friends to play with regularly. I bought two copies of the game, one for myself and another for my son. I am requesting a reimbursement of $[redacted].00 for both purchases. If I do not receive a response, I will use the saved photo where matchmaking was promised to take legal action and report this issue to the BBB, FTC, and the AG office in Washington State.

I recently created two new operator ideas for Rainbow Six Siege, named Inferno and Scorch. Inferno, the attacker, has a flare grenade inspired by BF4 incendiary grenades. When thrown into a room, it shoots flames and sparks, causing gradual fire damage. Scorch, on the other hand, is a defender with a trap similar to Kapkan's. Her unique twist is that it can immobilize different body parts based on where it's placed: on top slows reload, on the side restricts leaning, and on the ankle inhibits running. These operator concepts are designed to counter other operators while having their own vulnerabilities. My name is Christian Degeer, known as ENDERBOT7794 on Xbox. I hope my ideas are considered, and I would appreciate early access to these characters if they are developed.

I purchased the ultimate edition of The Division 2 due to misleading information from Ubisoft. Video game companies shouldn't deceive customers with features that were never intended to be included just to boost sales.
I have a total of 30 Ubisoft games between my two accounts, and their customer support's response was unsatisfactory. It's disappointing when a company prefers to risk losing a customer instead of accommodating a refund request.

Good morning,
I have a small request. I have always played and spent a lot of money on your website/games because I have always found them exciting.
Now, since I can no longer play on console due to work reasons, I have switched to playing on PC. I was planning to see if the game Assassin's Creed Odyssey runs well on my PC. Since I noticed there is no demo available, I tried to inquire about it. I own the game on Xbox and PS4, and I was wondering if it is possible to transfer one of the licenses to PC, or if there is a way I don't have to buy it again. It would be quite disappointing to start over (unfortunately). If there isn't an option to recover the data from Xbox, then I will purchase the game again.
I look forward to hearing positive news from you regarding either saving the progress or transferring a copy.
Thank you in advance!
You're fantastic.
Thank you,
Thomas

I bought Rocksmith for PlayStation 3, but my console broke down. I got Rocksmith for PlayStation 4, and now my PS4 won't read discs. I hope Ubisoft can provide me online access to Rocksmith because I bought it for two systems, but can't play due to my consoles failing. I understand this isn't Ubisoft's fault. I simply want to enjoy playing and learning guitar again. Rocksmith was a fantastic stress-reliever and my favorite game.

Hello Ubi!
I'm a huge fan of yours! I always buy your games on day one. I have supported you for years and greatly appreciate your work.
I bought Odyssey on Xbox One and received Assassin's Creed 3 Remaster as a bonus. I mainly play on the PS4 Pro, and noticed the game is now on Switch. I'm interested in swapping my Xbox version for a Switch one or receiving a code as a loyal fan.
I admire your dedication to post-launch support for games like The Division and look forward to new releases like Ghost Recon. Thank you for considering my request. You guys are the best!

I stopped playing Growtopia about [redacted] days ago, confirmed by a friend. I'm trying to come back, but I can't remember my password or the email associated with my account. The only details I recall are one of my old passwords and I have two friends added. I've invested around $[redacted] to $[redacted] in the game, and I'd hate for that to go to waste. My username is kingstrixe, and my main world is called strixe. I used to be a super supporter and owned the carnival ring that grants a twin. I believe the email could be either my dad's or my old school email that was changed a few years ago. If the email is linked to my name, Kellen Umiger, I can provide proof of identity. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Hello, I am Ethan Reyes, and I am experiencing issues with my Ubisoft account email and service connectivity.
Regarding the email problem, my current email is incorrect as "[redacted]" instead of "[redacted]" I would like to change it to "[redacted]" Unfortunately, to change my email, I need access to "[redacted]," which I cannot do as it's not my email.
As for the service issue, when I launch Uplay, it displays "A Ubisoft service is down," possibly related to the email error. This forces me to reinstall Uplay each time to play Rainbow Six Siege.
I hope these issues can be addressed without requiring me to create a new Ubisoft account, as I have made purchases on my current one. Your assistance with this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I've experienced a recurring issue while playing Assassin's Creed 11 on my PC. After a few days of gameplay, the character, Enzio, becomes unresponsive - unable to run, jump, climb, or fight. I've reinstalled the game four times, even downloading straight from uplay, but the problem persists. I've heard others facing the same issue, with some suggesting to give up on Assassin's Creed games altogether. However, I enjoy the game and believe that if I've paid for it, it should function properly. Are there any patches available to fix this problem?

I noticed in my bank statements that the payment for my purchase went through, but I have not received the product. I have tried troubleshooting by uninstalling and reinstalling the Uplay client, running it as an admin, refreshing the cache, restarting my system, and allowing a Windows update, but none of these methods have resolved the issue. When checking my Uplay account, I couldn't find any orders under the Orders tab or the Transactions tab. The only place where I can see any information is on the Ubisoft website, where it states it's an "automatic activation" for the PC (download) version. I have only one Ubisoft account, so it's not a matter of logging in incorrectly. I did set up two-step verification after creating my account, and I haven't received any order confirmation emails. Please clarify which email address you sent it to so that I can check the correct inbox. I made the purchase during regular working hours and am eagerly awaiting your prompt response.

I bought Rainbow Six Siege two days ago, but it's not showing up when I log in to my Uplay account. I've tried various troubleshooting steps suggested on Reddit, like clearing the cache, running as admin to create a new cache folder, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, restarting my PC, and even letting a Windows update go through. However, nothing has worked. When I check my Ubisoft profile, the order shows as an "automatic download," and both my bank statements and PayPal confirm the purchase. I've made sure I'm using the correct Ubisoft account, but the game doesn't appear in my Uplay app under orders, games, or payment options, even though it shows up on the website. Despite all my efforts, I'm still unable to access the game. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

After installing the Phantom Sight update on June 11th, I encountered a problem where my game crashes after playing for 5-15 minutes, causing severe graphical artifacts that freeze my computer, requiring me to restart it. This issue occurred roughly 6 hours after the update. I am unsure if the problem stems from my Nvidia GeForce GTX1060 6gb graphics card or if it's a game-related error as no other games on my PC experience this issue, only Siege. Despite attempting various solutions like reinstalling and updating graphics drivers, reinstalling Siege, and inspecting the graphics card, I have been unable to resolve the issue.

There's a glitch in the game where players can use talents like breadbasket without meeting the required core stats. The glitch allows them to have lower stats displayed but still meet the talent requirements, giving them an unfair advantage. This is ruining the game for those of us who want to play fair and enjoy the experience. I have two pictures showing this issue, and I've been trying to address it for hours. If you'd like to see the evidence, please respond to my email, and I'll send you the pictures to illustrate what I've been describing.

Hello! I recently bought Anno [redacted] and came across an offer saying "Get 20% off with 100ubucks" during checkout. Excited for the extra discount, I proceeded with the purchase. However, I later learned that this offer wasn't valid for Anno [redacted] due to its recent release.
I'd appreciate a refund of the 100ubucks as I feel misled into using them, thinking the discount applied to the game in my cart. While I should have checked the offer details, the way it was presented alongside Anno [redacted] was misleading.
I still intend to purchase the game and believe that refunding the 100ubucks and deactivating the discount code would be a fair resolution.

I need assistance with ongoing issues in a game I have been experiencing for about a year and a half. The game is unplayable due to frequent stuttering and FPS drops from 60 to 30 to 1. Initially, I solved the problem by reinstalling Windows 10, which worked for approximately a year. However, the issue resurfaced. I later discovered that an older game I installed included a [redacted] version of C++ windows redist, which led me to uninstall and reinstall all C++ redist components. This fix resolved the problem temporarily, but it resurfaced again during the latest Phantom Sight season. Currently, the game fails to load entirely and only displays the Rainbow Six Siege box infinitely. I have attempted various fixes, including reinstalling Windows 10, reinstalling C++ redist components, adjusting in-game settings, verifying game cache, modifying game settings files, adjusting Nvidia control panel settings, disabling overlays, turning off cloud sync, updating graphics drivers, trying different storage drives, and restarting my computer.
