The driver sent me a message, explaining that the app directed her 20 minutes away to Nevill Road in Hove instead of my location. After confirming my address, she spent 20 minutes contacting customer services while I advised her to return and deliver the food promptly. An hour later, when my friends and I were ready to go back to work after our break, the food finally arrived, but it was cold. I suggested returning it, but she mentioned the shop wouldn't send a replacement. Understanding she was having a tough day, I accepted the food. However, it was disappointing to find the burritos inedible due to being soggy. Now, I am seeking a refund as the food had to be thrown away.

I ordered a venti white chocolate creme Frappuccino with peppermint added from Starbucks. However, my drink had raspberry instead of peppermint. I have proof of my order with the mismatched sticker on the cup and the receipt. I need a refund for my Order 7b5ae. This mistake cost me $20, and I had to reorder my drink correctly. The pricing for Starbucks add-ins is also incorrect. I hope this can be resolved promptly.

I recently ordered from Popeyes and unfortunately, my whole order was a disaster. The chicken tender basket was missing food, with only a hot drink without ice. The two chicken sandwich combos arrived cold, with cold fries. Additionally, the 4-piece chicken meal came with a Dr. Pepper that tasted like a weird mix of tea and soda. The drinks for all items were without ice and hot. After showing proof of the issues, I was only refunded $22 out of the $63.32 total spent. I am requesting a full refund due to the poor quality of the food. Despite tipping the driver $5, the overall experience was frustrating as I had limited time for my lunch break and most of it was spent dealing with this mishap. I hope to receive a prompt response via email regarding the resolution of this matter.

I believe I was mistakenly charged for an Uber Eats Pass subscription on May 22nd without signing up for it. It is possible that my 3-year-old accidentally clicked on something. I would like to request a refund and the cancellation of this subscription as I do not plan to use this service currently. I placed an order and was quoted a total of $19, but then charged $34. I decided to cancel the order within 5 minutes, only to discover a nearly $30 cancellation fee. This situation is frustrating, especially since the fee was not disclosed upfront. If I had realized the steep fee, I wouldn't have cancelled. Now, I find myself unable to afford dinner for my children tonight due to the unexpected charge. I plan to reach out to the BBB to address this issue.

I am encountering an issue with my Uber Eats account where I can only see my restaurant orders and not my grocery orders. I am a regular customer and it is frustrating that none of my receipts are visible. I have reached out to Cornershop for assistance, but they directed me back to Uber. Despite my efforts, Cornershop has not been cooperative in providing me with the receipts. Please rectify this situation promptly by ensuring my grocery receipts are visible. This experience is unacceptable, and unless resolved, I will have to discontinue using Uber Eats and Cornershop. The time spent trying to resolve this over the past two days has been disappointing. Transparency in services is essential, and customers should be informed of limitations beforehand. I insist on having access to my grocery receipts, not just the restaurant ones.

In January, a friend and I took advantage of your promotion offering a 50% discount. After placing the order, I noticed the promotion didn't apply, and I had to pay £42 something instead. I reached out to both your company and the Indian restaurant promptly. They mentioned I wouldn't see a refund for months and assured me they would handle it. As someone on benefits recovering from recent heart surgery, this treat was a special occasion I had been looking forward to. However, it has been over three months, and I'm yet to receive any refund from either your company or the restaurant. Despite my multiple attempts to follow up, the restaurant claims the delay is on your end. They stressed they can't refund me until you release the funds. I'm feeling very disappointed and upset by this situation and kindly request your prompt assistance in processing my refund. I can provide you with the restaurant details if needed. As a caregiver, I recently tried to order food from McDonald's for the person I care for. Unfortunately, due to a minor payment issue, the order was not processed correctly. After adding more funds and speaking with a representative at the Abingdon location, we were assured our order would arrive shortly. However, after multiple attempts to follow up, we discovered that no order had been placed from our address despite the payment being deducted from Miss J. Pugsleys' account. This situation has been quite inconvenient as we are left without our meal. I would greatly appreciate it if my order could be delivered promptly as originally requested, along with a sincere apology from McDonald's for the mix-up.

I had a voucher for Uber Eats that I applied during checkout. However, when I tried to use the voucher, it declined my payment. After selecting an alternative payment method, I was charged the full amount without the voucher being applied. I usually rely on the discount code because the delivery times with Uber Eats are often delayed. I prefer to have a discount to offset the inconvenience. If I cannot use a discount, I'd rather choose Deliveroo for my food delivery needs.

Ordered from Abingdon McDonald's, waited 3 hours for delivery. Contacted the restaurant but got no order number. Spoke with the manager who gave me a non-working Uber number. Despite no delivery, money was taken from my account. Unable to reach Ubereats or McDonald's. Was told once the order leaves McDonald's, they have no further contact. Address on order form was correct. McDonald's employee claimed the order was never placed, but we have evidence. Contacted bank for refund. Unhappy with McDonald's and Ubereats not taking responsibility. Planning to order again, unsure if we should. Hoping for full compensation. Frustrated with the lack of customer service and responsibility from both companies.

Order #938AO2 Friday, June 11 at 4:26 PM To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the lack of communication. We submitted our order around 3:45 PM. Shortly after, the tracking information indicated that Cameron was picking up our order at Capriccio's, which is a 15-minute drive from our location. However, the tracking suddenly showed him 48 minutes away in Harrisburg, which is completely in the opposite direction. When I contacted him, he informed me that he had already picked up our order and was now going to Harrisburg for another delivery before coming to us. This seems inefficient and unreasonable. I made an order with Uber Eats tonight, but unfortunately, it never arrived. What was supposed to be an enjoyable evening turned into a frustrating start to the weekend. Upon placing my order, I received a call from one driver confirming my address, followed by another call from a different driver shortly after. Despite confirming my location several times, the second driver ended up delivering my order to a completely different address in Aston. Even after realizing the mistake, the driver did not rectify it and deliver to the correct address. This experience has left me disappointed, and I am hesitant to use Uber Eats again. Hello Uber Eats, I am reaching out again regarding a previous unresolved issue. Last month, I received a message from one of your employees about a referral problem. I found the response unfair as it accused me of breaching Terms of Service due to having three accounts under my name, created for my family members. These accounts were for my Mum, Dad, and sibling, all within my household. Living in a rural area, we only use the service occasionally when restaurants don't deliver locally or when we care for a family member. It was disheartening to be accused of wrongdoing when I was simply utilizing the referral service for my family's benefit. Hello, I'm Vicki, an Uber Eats delivery driver. I want to address a couple of issues. Firstly, my email appears as unverified, but the correct email I signed up with is [redacted], not [redacted] Due to this discrepancy, I haven't been receiving notifications. Secondly, I encountered an incident where I had to cancel an order due to Taco Bell's computer system being down at 11:59am on 6/13/21 at the Denton Tx location on Loop [redacted]. Additionally, I canceled another order at Jack in the Box at 11:48am on the same day because of long wait times and being short-staffed. I've seen an influx of drive-thru orders past 10pm since 6/10 when most restaurant lobbies are closed, causing further delays. While I faced another issue with a preauthorization Plus card previously, that has since been resolved. Overall, aside from these challenges, my experience with Uber Eats has been great. I've been waiting for three months for a gift card charge of $[redacted] to be refunded to my bank card. Despite receiving multiple emails assuring me that it would be done, nothing has changed. My most recent correspondence was on March 5, from Uber Support at [redacted] I ordered food that was delivered two hours late, and instead of using the gift card on my account, my bank card was charged. Uber promised to refund the amount to my bank card but has not done so.

I've been dealing with an issue on UberEats for a week now as my order never arrived, and I haven't received the proper refund. Contacting support through chat only resulted in receiving automated emails. 1) The refund I received was less than what I paid ($29 instead of $29.17). 2) The refunded money was immediately debited back from my card, creating additional frustration. 3) My bank confirmed the transaction details accurately. 4) I have requested a proper refund in my favor, not partial refunds. 5) It's been 7 days, and I've neither received my order nor the correct refund amount. 6) If my issue isn't resolved promptly, I will seek alternative solutions. I prefer speaking with a live person rather than ongoing email communication.

I have noticed that my order was modified, but I have not received any compensation yet. Initially, my order total was over GBP15, and I was entitled to use a GBP10 discount voucher. The original bill was GBP7.59. However, I later received a notification from the Ubereats platform informing me that a product (salad tomato) I had ordered was no longer available, resulting in a change of the bill from GBP7.59 to GBP19.16 due to a small order fee and the inability to use the discount. My order was adjusted without any prior communication. I did not receive all the items I ordered, was billed incorrectly, and also did not have my discount voucher reinstated. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved promptly. Thank you.

I received the incorrect item, and unfortunately, I encountered difficulties tracking my order. This caused an issue when the delivery person arrived at 4 a.m., unexpectedly waking up my neighborhood by knocking loudly. Despite selecting "leave at door," I was unaware of the delivery because the app showed my order was still being prepared. To add to the situation, the item I received was completely different from what I had originally ordered.
