Despite being informed of the mistake, he abruptly ended the call and ignored my subsequent attempts to reach him. After waiting for 20 minutes, the driver never arrived, yet I was still charged for the order. I reached out to him via messages, but he did not respond. On May 27th, I placed an order with Le Viet for $25.65 using Apple Pay, only to discover that my cancelled CIBC Aeroplan card was charged. After promptly cancelling the order and receiving confirmation from UBEREATS at 1:40 pm, I reordered using my TD credit card. Unaware of the double charge until now, I realized that despite the cancellation, UBEREATS still charged me $25.65, resulting in an extra $5 overdraft fee by CIBC. Despite contacting CIBC, they directed me to UBEREATS for a refund, but none of the provided phone numbers were valid. I have proof of the transactions, including screenshots of the withdrawal from my CIBC account, the cancelled order confirmation, and the payment made on May 27th with my TD Visa card. I kindly request a refund of $30.65 (original amount + overdraft fee) to be credited to my UBEREATS account for future orders. I await your prompt assistance.

I placed an order from Magic Wok at [redacted] Adams St. Toledo, Ohio [redacted] via Postmates on May 21st. Despite previous successful deliveries to my address by various services in Toledo, my order was inexplicably canceled at 4:25 p.m. EST due to the inability to locate me. When contacting Postmates, they claimed they couldn't find my order, and the restaurant had no record of it either. After sending them proof of payment and cancellation, I received no further communication. Upon follow-up, I was informed that Uber Eats might have taken over. Despite attempting to contact them, I received no resolution, just a runaround with unresponsive phone lines. I am seeking a refund of $16 and expect this issue to be promptly resolved. I ordered two items from Basil restaurant on Saturday (5/29/21), but both items were wrong. I tried calling the restaurant, but they haven't answered and their voicemail isn't set up. I realized today (6/1/21) that UberEats offers resolution assistance. Can someone help with a refund or contacting the restaurant? My credit card company can reverse the charges, but I believe it was a mistake. I have photos of the food and receipt saved.

I placed an order on Uber Eats specifying my severe red pepper allergy, emphasizing no red peppers in my food. Despite my clear instructions, my meal had red peppers.
For the last three hours, I have tried multiple Uber Eats customer service phone numbers listed online. Every time I called, the automated system quickly hung up after a brief message, giving me no chance to speak to a live representative for assistance. I ordered two Large Hot Fudge Sundaes from Carvel, one with whipped cream and a cherry, and the other with just a cherry. However, only a small or medium sundae in an orange container was delivered, which had nuts and other toppings I didn't want. I tried to explain this to the delivery driver, but there was a language barrier. When I contacted Carvel, they said I could get a free ice cream but would have to pick it up myself, which I can't do. They advised me to resolve it with Uber Eats. I want a refund for this order. I'm disappointed with Uber Eats customer service too, as I couldn't reach anyone for help when I called.

The delivery driver received the correct address to my apartment complex after I tipped him for the Carabba's order of 48.68. Despite providing clear directions via text with the building and apartment number, he seemed confused and was not listening well due to a strong accent and challenging weather. After trying to communicate with him to locate the delivery, he abruptly hung up on me. The other night, I placed an order for $58.63 at Taco Bell, but it was a disappointing experience. The order was missing several items, and the three tacos I did receive were cold and unappetizing. I used a $30 discount on my first Uber Eats delivery. The total was $42.39, but when I tried to pay the remaining balance and the tip, it charged an old card I couldn't update. After entering my correct card, the $30 discount wasn't applied, leading to an overdraft of $42.39, another for the $6 tip, and a charge of $11.83. This resulted in $45 overdraft fees and a total of $60 for the original $30 discount that was repeatedly sent to me. I regret trying this offer as it cost me $95, which I didn't have. This situation is frustrating, and I need the refund back into my account as this incorrect charging shouldn't have happened.

Dear Community,
I had a disappointing experience with Uber Eats that I must share. On June 04, my colleague's birthday, I placed a lunch order. Despite tracking the delivery, the driver was consistently late, leading to Uber Eats canceling my order during delivery.
I attempted to contact customer support but was met with a frustrating automated response indicating I could only resolve issues through the app. Unfortunately, the app's "Help" section provided no useful information or contact details to address who canceled my order.
This lack of customer service left us with no choice but to reorder and experience a significant delay in receiving our meals, turning our lunch into a late afternoon affair instead of the intended 12:20 - 12:50 pm delivery window.
I hope Uber Eats can improve its support system to prevent such incidents in the future. My order #B3436 is provided for reference.

One for $86.58 to Uber Eats on Sunday, June 6 at 6:45 a.m., and another for $46.95 on the same day at 10:04 a.m. Please investigate these transactions with Uber, as I have not placed any orders for delivery to my address at [redacted] Narrow Leaf Drive, Upper Marlboro, [redacted]. I am disappointed with the service I received from KFC. This is the second time I've received the wrong type of chicken, which is frustrating as I always order original recipe. Additionally, my order was missing a piece of chicken and the plates I requested were not provided. When I contacted the store, the woman I spoke to was unhelpful and refused to provide any names.
I am requesting a refund for my order as well as demanding the cancellation of my pass. If I do not receive a refund within 24 hours, I will have to initiate a chargeback through my bank. I will be following up on this matter until it is resolved.

I delivered the order to apartment C205 as per the GPS, but the lady who accepted it claimed Joshua didn't reside there and returned the package. I recently experienced an issue with a delivery driver named Wilborn. He failed to complete my order due to a reported clutch problem in his Mazda 3 with license plate number CIJ9135. Wilborn only responded after I reached out several times and threatened to confront him at his location, which he had already left after dropping off another order.
Although he claimed mechanical issues prevented him from delivering my order, I am frustrated about the situation. While customer support has initiated a refund process, I suspect my food may have been taken unlawfully. I placed an order with Tender Greens that was supposed to arrive around 8:20 PM. At 8:15 PM, I received a text stating that the driver, Saad, was on the way with my order. Shortly after, another text came in saying the order was canceled, and no charges were made. When I contacted Tender Greens, they mentioned the order was picked up at 8:05 PM, and I was indeed charged. I am quite frustrated and confused about what happened.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. The food I ordered arrived cold, and my complaint has not been addressed adequately despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue.
I regularly order from Uber Eats multiple times a week and have rarely encountered any problems before this incident. Feeling unjustly treated, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. Based on my recent experience, I doubt that my concerns will be handled properly moving forward.
