I appreciate the refund for the ice creams, but what about the Sprite and, at the very least, half of my tip money? This situation is unfair to the customer. It is essential to enhance communication methods with customers, whether they have complaints, questions, or compliments. It's been challenging to reach you; I even had to search for a phone number for Uber Eats on Google. It would greatly help if you could provide a straightforward and user-friendly way for customers to contact you. All I wanted for dinner was soft-serve ice cream, and I ordered additional items for others in the house. I requested four plain sundaes, a 10-piece chicken nugget meal, a double cheeseburger meal, a standalone double cheeseburger, and two packs of cookies, paying the tax and tip upfront. Unfortunately, I didn't receive my ice creams, the Sprite was unsweetened, and I'm left with only the bill despite paying a tip of $8.00, motivated by my desire for the ice creams that were not fulfilled.

I received my food over 90 minutes late, cold, and soggy. I ordered for guests at 10 PM, and they had to leave before the food arrived. I am requesting a refund for this disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the delivery driver's name when I called to inquire about my order. The driver mentioned having two other deliveries to make before mine. The food was left unattended at my doorstep, exposed to animals, for an additional half an hour. Living in the suburbs, this was concerning. The food was not only cold but also soggy. Going forward, I will opt for services like Grubhub or Doordash instead of UberEats due to this poor delivery experience. With the current COVID situation, it seems common for drivers to leave orders outside without notifying the customer. In addition to this review, I am seeking a way to address my dissatisfaction with UberEats and possibly locate the driver responsible. A refund is essential considering this subpar service.

I recently downloaded the Uber Eats app and encountered a concerning situation. Just after placing my order, the delivery driver informed me that he needed to pick up his son, potentially delaying the delivery or causing the food to get cold. Feeling uneasy about the driver having my address, I hesitated. The tracking showed erratic movements, and the delivery was late. It appears that there have been two unauthorized charges on my credit card today, June 20th at 12:02 EST and 12:05 EST, totaling $63.25 and $74.51. I believe these charges to be fraudulent and urge for their immediate reversal. Without proper verification procedures, I feel your company may be inadvertently facilitating fraudulent activity. I insist on a prompt investigation into these transactions, including details on the locations and parties involved in these incidents. Should this matter not be resolved swiftly, I will need to hold Uber accountable for any resulting losses. I trust that you will address this issue promptly and thoroughly. I placed an order at Hawaiian Barbecue last night. The driver assigned to my delivery was listed as Miller. Despite living near the restaurant, Miller had trouble locating my apartment entrance according to the map. The food never reached me, and I was unhappy with his behavior. It seems the driver may have exploited the situation for a free meal. I have decided to stop using your service and would like my personal details removed.

Yesterday, on June 20th, my daughter, S. W., ordered dinner for me from The Abbot on Eglinton Ave. in Toronto for a delivery slot between 6:15 and 6:45 PM. Despite providing our full address including the apartment number, the food did not arrive until around 7:10 PM. After contacting both the restaurant and Ubereats, we discovered that the food had reached our building at 6:20 PM but lacked the apartment number on the package. Sadly, I ended up eating my Father's Day dinner cold at 7:30 PM due to the confusion. This isn't the first time this has happened with a delivery, and I hope steps can be taken to avoid similar issues in the future. Our Father's Day celebration was marred by this incident, and I believe some form of compensation may be appropriate for my daughter, who arranged the meal. Good evening, I am writing as a restaurant manager concerning an incident with an Uber Eats driver. Despite not being affiliated with Uber Eats, we encountered a driver who was extremely disrespectful to our staff members. The driver, who identified himself as Dustin, exhibited rude behavior toward our underage host. After addressing his attitude, he responded with inappropriate language before leaving. Such unprofessional conduct is unacceptable, and we may involve law enforcement if he returns. The order by the driver included chips and queso, sweet potato fries, ultimate turkey, soft pretzel, and a diet Dr. Pepper. Due to a significant delivery delay of 20 minutes, my order arrived cold. The change of delivery driver further delayed the process. I had calculated a specific delivery time due to other commitments. Consequently, I had little time to consume my order, ending up with a cold meal. Yesterday, I contacted your customer service via chat to request a goodwill gesture due to the inconvenience this caused me, not to mention the need to reheat the meal at home. I ordered baklava mix and znoud El sit from Heart2Heart in Granville, New South Wales, totaling $62 on June 4, [redacted]. I raised concerns about the food's poor quality and being expired, expecting a $29 refund. Unfortunately, I haven't seen this refund despite contacting my bank multiple times. The sweets were intended for a party, but we had to discard them as they were not fresh. The cream was off, and the pastry was soft and soggy, which was disappointing. When ordering food, freshness is expected. I believe I deserve a full refund, not a partial one that has not been processed. I am willing to provide evidence to Uber Eats and hope for a prompt resolution. I am hesitant to order from Uber Eats in the future.

Hello, this week, my order is taking much longer than expected for the second time. I ordered pizza from a restaurant just 10 minutes away, and it's been two hours without delivery. I am frustrated because it's impossible to reach you through the app, which is very annoying. When I asked the driver to cancel my order politely, he rudely declined through text after avoiding my calls. This situation is unacceptable since customers pay for prompt service, and delays are not only embarrassing but also a risk for the quality of the food. I made an online order at Steak 'n Shake for a double cheeseburger meal with French fries that was supposed to include cheese sauce and a Coke. Unfortunately, they were out of cheese sauce and Coke products when I arrived after 45 minutes. They informed me that my order wasn't complete, so I decided to cancel it. I believe it's unfair to automatically charge customers without fulfilling their orders or providing alternatives. This lack of flexibility is disappointing and doesn't reflect good customer service.

I ordered from Uber at a set price, but the restaurant later informed me of a price increase before preparing the order. Despite my immediate cancellation and explanation to Uber, I was still charged a $3 cancellation fee. Uber claimed they had already started preparing the order, even though the price change was not my fault. I have tried to dispute this fee to no avail. This experience has left me extremely unhappy, and I have discovered unauthorized activity on my account which concerns me greatly. I want my account deleted as I no longer wish to use their services due to this issue.

Today, I placed an order for food, and the delivery driver called to say he couldn't find the correct address. Despite ensuring the address was accurate and offering to guide him further, he abruptly ended the call. When I tried reaching out via text and calling, he ignored all my attempts. Upon contacting the restaurant, the manager mentioned that this behavior aligns with Uber Eats drivers stealing food. Unfortunately, they couldn't remake my order for free. The manager suggested I reach out to Uber customer service, who have been unhelpful in resolving my refund request and keep sending generic messages. I am feeling extremely upset and disappointed as this isn't the first time I've ordered. I need a refund for the undelivered order. The driver's behavior was rude, not even allowing me to provide directions or meet him on the ground floor. He abruptly ended the call, disregarding any further communication attempts from me.

I am seeking a call back regarding a $6.09 overcharge on my Postmates order using the Uber Eats pass. I placed an order from 52nd Sushi at 8:02pm Eastern Standard Time (12:02am UTC). I clicked on "add the pass" but it seems it didn't go through before finalizing my order. Afterwards, I was given the option to save $6.09 (which includes the delivery fee and taxes) by signing up for the pass, which I promptly did. However, the credit was not applied to my order. Despite contacting customer service, they insist my pass was added one minute after the order, but per the app, it should have been applied. I am requesting a refund of the $6.09 as promised in the app.

I selected "Meet at Door" and opted for "No Rush" delivery due to my recent surgery. However, when the delivery driver arrived, she insisted I come downstairs despite my condition. I explained my situation to her via text, but she remained firm. After a brief discussion, she canceled my order and I found someone to get it downstairs for me. I discovered through the Uber Eats app that I am not eligible for a refund. I demand a refund as the driver did not attempt to deliver as requested. Please refund me for this order.

I ordered food from Five Guys' website and it got transferred to Postmates and then to Uber Eats, resulting in the wrong meal being delivered. There's no way to contact anyone to address this issue at 8:20 PM. This is incredibly frustrating and shows poor business practices. I've spent a lot of money on Uber Eats and now I can't even get a proper receipt. A full refund would help make this right, but none of the companies are available to assist at the moment. -Michelle

Today I placed an order through this app. It seems that even though I updated my current location on the app, it unfortunately did not refresh, and it saved my work address instead. One of your advisors mentioned that they couldn't do anything and that I would have to pick up the order from my workplace. The issue is, I am at home, and they wanted me to go to work in less than 10 minutes to collect the order. I understand that it was my mistake, but what I don't understand is why they couldn't at least deliver the order to my home for an extra fee, which I would have gladly paid. They didn't try to find any possible solution for the mistake I made, which wasn't intentional. I'm disappointed with the lack of professionalism in assisting customers. I'm not writing to ask for a refund, but to let you know that with today's incident, you are losing a customer who trusted your platform and its effectiveness. I hope this doesn't happen to other users who might make similar mistakes and end up disappointed by this rather unprofessional platform in solving customer issues. That's all for now. Order number #[redacted]: I placed an order with McDonald’s and experienced multiple issues with the delivery process. Initially, I was notified about a driver on the way, only later to be informed about a different driver picking up the order. Subsequently, I received a further notification about a delay, involving a third driver now handling my order. Despite being scheduled for delivery by 11:35pm, I received a call from a driver at 11:44pm inquiring about the delivery status. After confirming that my order had not been received, I was informed that it had allegedly been collected by another driver. The order was marked as completed at 11:11pm, which is misleading as I never received it. I am requesting a £21.90 refund as I find the service provided by Uber Eats this evening to be unacceptable. This was my first and only time using Uber Eats. My son wanted chicken nuggets, so I ordered them along with a spicy chicken sandwich from Wendy's to make it a special evening. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, it only had my sandwich and fries—no nuggets. I couldn't find a way to report the missing items online and calling the 1-[redacted] number didn't help either. It seems Uber Eats is focused on taking money without ensuring order accuracy or providing customer support for issues like mine.
