The issue in GetHuman-massarom's own words
I canceled a order * mins after I placed it. Because I realized I didn't have enough in my capital one card. I was then charged **.** cents. And I was told that unfortunately I will.not be refunded because the order after a couple of minutes was already being made. What I don't understand is that it was an order of mostly drinks and wings. I'm confused and I really would.like to be refunded my ** dollars. I did not get anything and I still have to pay ** dollars. This is theft. I've had issue before with my order and have never been told that the restaurant is keeping my money just because. I understand a cancelation fee but not taking the whole ** dollars.
